Kelly and I are celebrating two years in business with 4 Cats, Ink. We are blessed with the opportunity we have been given to make a difference by using our words to give people a voice. Everyone has a story, and ghostwriting books has been an exciting journey for us so far.

Case in point: we are so proud to collaborate with Kip Moore to bring you the book, Second Chance, about a brave young boy who successfully fought off a grave E. coli infection. A once in a lifetime opportunity: we saw the notable conservationist Dr. Jane Goodall give a speech at Denver University on March 18. We both remember watching National Geographic episodes growing up describing Jane's work with the chimpanzees at Gombe. Her speech at DU was inspirational and life changing.

The We Met at Starbucks speaking tour got off to a rousing start in Mason City, Iowa, Eric's hometown, at a well-attended reception at the Public Library. Eric planted his niece and nephew in the audience in case nobody appreciated his humor. Kelly is not sure who got more laughs: Eric's jokes, or the kids. Whatever works! Happy Thanksgiving!
