Every once and a while, a ghostwriting client comes along who reminds us why we chose "Passion on the Page" to be the tagline for our company. The We Met at Starbucks speaking tour got off to a rousing start in Mason City, Iowa, Eric's hometown, at a well-attended reception at the Public Library. Eric planted his niece and nephew in the audience in case nobody appreciated his humor. Kelly is not sure who got more laughs: Eric's jokes, or the kids. Whatever works! Happy Thanksgiving!
The Starbucks at Aspen Grove shopping center in Littleton, Colorado hosted a book signing for We Met at Starbucks. Prior to the event, Eric was nearly run over in the crosswalk outside the store by eager fans rushing to be first in line.
The Borders book store in Dillon, Colorado hosted a book-signing from Noon until 2:00PM. A very special thanks go out to all those who showed up at 3:30!
Kelly and Eric participate in an alumni and faculty book signing event at Trinity University: San Antonio, TX. Eric flies first-class for the first time. He doesn't know what to do with the warm washcloth so he cleans his airplane window with it.
