Cinematic opinions you can trust.

Prioritize your Netflix queue or plan your date night by keeping pace with the movie watching habits of Kelly Eldredge and Eric Mott as they offer their four cent's worth in their "He Said/She Said" review format.

His two cents—plus her two cents—equals lots of profound thinking

Have you ever wished movie critics would just get to the heart of the matter and tell you what you need to know in a few short sentences? Four Cent Reviews deliver by giving the honest opinions of two average movie-watching fans as succinctly as possible.

Eric and Kelly, co-authors of the book, We Met at Starbucks: a love story and owners of the freelance writing company 4 Cats, Ink, take turns commenting on and rating the movies they see at home or at the theater.

A movie-watching tradition since . . .

This dubious escapade began on New Year's Day 2009 with Eric and Kelly's first (and only) annual all-day movie marathon. The positive feedback they received inspired them to make this a regular habit to show off their questionable wisdom and warped sense of humor.

Drinking hot coffee near your computer while reading these reviews can be hazardous—you've been warned!

The Ratings Explained:
Five Paws: Race to the theater or place at the top of your queue immediately. This is a must-see, movie-watching emergency!
Four Paws: You should definately see this movie when you can get around to it.
Three Paws: No harm either way, but only watch if there are no four or five paw movies or a copy of Lord of the Rings available.
Two Paws: Extreme indifference. Avoid this movie if you can.
One Paw: Avoid this movie at all costs.
No Vote: Demand your money back and tell everyone you know to do the same; use the DVD as a frisbee or coffee coaster.
